Charlotte is a Senior Policy and Partnership Officer at District Councils’ Network and leads on the health, housing and hardship workstream, as well as overseeing work on Net Zero and managing the Staff Development Programme.
She joined the DCN in September 2023, having previously worked as an Adviser for the Local Government Association. This experience provided her with knowledge regarding the operations of local and central government, as well as policy development and implementation.
Charlotte has also worked for two London Borough Councils, West Suffolk District Council, and in the charity sector.
