Background

Following the welcome passage of the Homelessness Reduction Act, the DCN have released this report to highlight the impact of the act on our members 6 months in alongside an analysis of homelessness and rough sleeping in district areas. This report makes a series of recommendations to government which would ensure districts are able to address the rising demand in homelessness services and reduce rough sleeping across England.
