DCN and Penna announce partnership

Penna, the leading local government recruiter, has entered into a partnership with the District Councils’ Network which will see it support the DCN’s flagship Staff Development Programme.

The Staff Development Programme looks to nurture rising star officers within DCN’s national network of councils and provide them with the knowledge and skills required to develop as senior managers.
