		<description>The Tendring district contains the most deprived area in the country and yet we are listed by the DWP as providing the best performance in the country for right time indicator (ie speed of processing new claims and change of circumstances). 

We are also shown as low cost when you look at CIPFA stats. 

&lt;strong&gt;Why is this?&lt;/strong&gt; Answer: Because we deal with the majority of our customers face to face with tailor-made application forms. 

We have adopted a &#039;system thinking&#039; approach and have the evidence to prove that this works. 

The disturbing fact is that it flies in the face of the government&#039;s proposals for the delivery of Universal Credit.</description>
